Free upgrade to a mind-blowing apartment room with a super comfy bed. The location was jaw-dropping, with a quaint laneway and trams within walking distance. The staff were helpful and apologetic, providing earplugs for any noise concerns. The bathroom and shower were top-notch, definitely one of the best I've experienced. Highly recommend!

Location
The unit was very small and smelt like cigarette smoke. There was mould in the shower and you could hear all the noise in the lane way. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

We were so close to such places as yarra river. Albert Park neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention.

I always go back to my favorite place in Melbourne. They even returned my forgotten sim cards! It has all I need: free Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hr reception, restaurant, laundry. Couldn't be better! I'll be back for the New Year celebrations.

They upgraded me to a larger room, which I thought was fabulous! Also gave me good information on city self-walk tours given my tight schedule.
The carpets in the room can be cleaner.

Lane-Facing Glass Counters: The takeaway baguettes sold at the lane-facing glass counters were a delightful treat after a long day of exploring the vibrant city. I felt like I was in a competitive race for the most delicious lunch, but thankfully, I secured a table and enjoyed a leisurely brekkie with a hipster menu that tickled my taste buds.
TV Placement: Awkward TV placement made it difficult to enjoy the cozy furniture arrangement in the room. A more logical and convenient layout would greatly enhance the overall comfort and viewing experience.

Nice and central to the city, south bank, southern cross rail, Etihad. Comfortable & clean. I have already recommended it.
Very warm & small reception, could have had the aircon going.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the bustling Jetty Road shops and cafes. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable and clean, with spacious and well-designed rooms. The kitchen provided all the amenities I needed to cater for myself, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also conveniently situated within walking distance of the railway stations and tram routes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Liked the proximity to where I had to attend my conference. Staff were friendly and couteous.
Could smell the cooking from the Indian Restaurant below. Had to drag heavy bags up the front steps, reception staff did not offer to help until I was virtually in the door. However, I put this down to the fact that the door is not clearly visible from the reception desk. The room was in much need of painting, but otherwise I was pleased with the room, albeit quiet small.
